Who sees what is enforced by the database, table by table, not just hidden on the screen.
- Owner and super admins
- Everything, including People, Master Brain and Counsel. Only the owner can make another super admin.
- Prime admins
- Jobs, tasks, workforce and suppliers, plus the Estimator, the Design Centre, Accounting tabs and the Project Manager where the owner allows it.
- Basic admins
- Jobs, tasks, workforce and suppliers, and the Design Centre and the Project Manager where allowed.
- Architects
- The jobs they're given: overview, files, handover and finishes, the programme and interim evaluations. As contract administrator they certify valuations, never seeing company money or the Design Centre.
- Clients
- Their own job: overview, payments and invoices, notes, files, finishes, the programme and their tasks. Never your costs or profit.
